CRM staff live and serve in over 25 nations around the world. Our teams are gathered into broad communities called "collectives" in which they minister with others of like vision and function to empower leaders and make disciples.

ChurchNEXT
ChurchNEXT teams fuel missional momentum in churches and their leaders through specialized skills and training. They are coaches, consultants, encouragers, trainers, and mentors.

Ethne
Ethne teams live and serve among particular people groups and places, usually cross-culturally, to make disciples and develop indigenous leaders to guide them. They work in over 15 nations around the world.

Missional Communities
Missional Communities teams pursue a clear missional vision within specific neighborhoods from the unique posture of shared life and community. They strive to to encounter God together, engage relationally with others, make disciples, and transform their neighborhoods in authentic and organic ways.

Orders
Orders teams sacrificially minister among the poor and marginalized with creativity and innovation. They hold to rhythms of common prayer and a covenanted community life that integrates their intimacy with God and their common mission, drawing heavily from the inspiration of classic orders within the historical church.
