What We Do

CRM empowers leaders to make disciples alongside the Church, to the lost, and among the poor. To do this, we have committed ourselves to:

  • Revitalize, renew, and when needed, reinvent the Church as it currently exists,
  • Take new ground where the Church is absent or ineffective, and
  • Bring transformation and hope among the poor and marginalized.

Revitalizing the Church

We empower leaders who will shape a new posture for the Church. We equip them to lead their churches into mission and authentically disciple people as followers of Jesus. We train them to replicate themselves and multiply the impact of the gospel around the world.

Imagine this: The Church thriving as an engine of hope and change in a lost and broken world. Local churches in the US and abroad engaging their neighbors, both near and far, with the good news of Jesus. Healthy churches replicating themselves around the world.

In the next ten years, we expect to see...

  • 30,000 Churches reached, and coached to plant at least one more
  • 30,000 Additional churches started with a vision to make disciples and multiply
  • 3 Million people discipled toward Jesus

Taking New Ground

We empower leaders who will make disciples of those beyond the reach of the existing Church. We equip them to build authentic relationships with those who are unreached, unchurched, and dechurched. We train them to make disciples in hard-to-reach contexts, create new expressions of church, and develop indigenous leaders to guide and multiply them.

Imagine this: The good news of Jesus extended into the spiritually dark parts of the world and places where the Church has lost its influence. New expressions of church cultivated among some of the most resistant populations and filled with passionate followers of Christ.

In the next ten years, we expect to see...

  • 100,000 People discipled toward Jesus
  • 10,000 New church expressions launched
  • 10,000 leaders trained and deployed for ministry

Bringing Transformation Among the Poor

We empower leaders who will bring the hope of change to poor and marginalized communities. We form redemptive relationships with those who have been ignored or rejected by society. We live among them, equip leaders from within their communities, and plant church expressions that meet their needs--physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Imagine this: Poor communities transformed by life-changing relationship with Jesus, bringing empowerment, growth, and sustainable change that is instigated and led from the inside out.

In the next five years, we expect to see...

  • 4,000 Poor and marginalized people discipled as followers of Jesus
  • 2,000 Leaders trained and developed
  • 250 Churches engaged in redemptive relationships with the poor
