Only 4% of all Christians who regularly attend church identify Christ's command to make disciples of all nations as the primary purpose of their life. Our mission in ParadigmShift is to help pastors and ministry leaders become highly effective at equipping and deploying the members of their congregation into the work of God’s harvest. This is a pressing need within the church today.

Ministry

We believe the best way to mobilize the remaining 96% is to follow the example of Jesus Christ. Jesus did not train His followers in a classroom or a coffee shop. He trained them on the mission field. He took them with Him as He shared the Gospel to all who would listen and ministered to the physical needs of the suffering. Then, He used the very circumstances they encountered while serving with Him as opportunities to teach them how to observe all of his Commandments, including His command for them to devote their life to the task of making disciples of others. This was Jesus’ method of discipleship.

Our team of experienced leaders has been working together since 2009 to develop strategic partnerships with pastors and other ministry leaders. These partnerships are designed to help them practice Jesus' method of discipleship in their own congregations. The process is simple: the leader gathers the people, we provide the training, God changes lives and expands His kingdom.
