This is a pressing need within the church today. Only 4% of Christians who regularly attend church identify Christ's command to make disciples of all nations as a primary purpose of their life.
The ParadigmShift team believes the best way to mobilize the remaining 96% is to follow the example of Jesus Christ. Jesus did not train his followers in a classroom or a coffee shop; he trained them on the mission field. He took them with him as he shared the good news to all who would listen and ministered to the physical needs of the suffering. Then, he used the very circumstances they encountered while serving with him as opportunities to teach them how to observe all of his commandments, including him command to devote themselves to the task of making disciples of others. This was Jesus’ method of discipleship.
This team of experienced leaders has been working together since 2009 to develop strategic partnerships with pastors and ministry leaders designed to help them practice Jesus' method of discipleship in their own congregations. The process is simple: the leader gathers the people, ParadigmShift provide the training, and God changes lives and expands his kingdom.
